If Professional Development Solutions is unable to deliver a webinar due to failure on the part of Professional Development Solutions or due to the internet network failing, a full refund or credit will be given to the customer. However if the course can not be taken via the internet due to a problem with the customers computer or internet connection or firewalls, a refund may not be given. Customers must have access to high speed internet for the software to work properly. There is also test links the customer should go through before registering for a webinar to insure their computer has the capability of handling the software. Firewalls can be an issue and PD Solutions will endeavor to work with your company so as to let PD Solutions access to your computer for delivery of webinars.
